We joined the project with much anticipation, but realized that the teachers were a little hesitant about the whole thing.   That's when we realized that something might be wrong, perhaps they are worrying about funds.  When we all think back to last year, when everyone was so enthusiastic and energetic, we wanted to provide the teachers with as much support as we can, so that they could dive into the project without holding anything back.

Last year, when we won the gold medal, everyone was ecstatic, and since we are faced with much fewer resources this year, we felt that it's time everyone chipped in a little of their time and money and heart to make this work, especially when it meant that our children will have the opportunity to learn "something schools don't teach".  Our special thanks go to mothers Jien, Chen, Lin, Chen, Tsai, Wang, who accompanied students to the drawings, mapping, and other activities.  And also for their support in making sure the safety of all those involved.  Mr.Wu's help, Mr.Chou's art direction,  Mr.Hsu's digital recording, Mr.Jien, Lin, Pan, Hong, Chen provided transportation everytime... in short, the parents' sweat and footsteps are all over Chee Shan Rock!!
