Entanglement
takes place because tropical plants need to survive and therefore their
seeds are carried to another plant, and they start to grow around the
plant. After a while, the original plant suffocates to death due
to the entanglement, and the later plant survives and takes its place. This type of entanglement is not at all uncommon for plants, especially the ones that grow in areas otherwise unsuitable for plants, such as rocky places. The entanglement doesn't necessarily take place on other plants; rocks, buildings, or other objects are also possible "victims" of these plants. |
