There
are numerous archeological phenomenon
to be seen along this road, thus gaining the name "fossil hall".
The
horizontal and vertical cracks that we see on the rocks are mostly results
of "jieh lee", which is a phenomenon that occurs when water
evaporates or when the rock itself shrinks.
As
for the uniform hilltop column holes archeologists think that they are
not results of natural processes, but rather the works of mankind who
lived in ancient times.
